Mathematical Modeling of Reflection of the Magneto-Elastic Wave in a Rotating Anisotropic Elastic Media with Voids

Abstract

Magnetic effect on reflection of elastic plane waves in an anisotropic medium with voids under rotation is discussed. Reflection coefficients of the reflected plane waves are computed analytically and discussed for a chosen materials. Special cases for isotropic, transversely isotropic, orthotropic and monoclinic materials are discussed. Earlier published results can be found from our results as special cases.
